Tour 10: Family Holidays in a Nomadic Camp
This offer is not one of the usual tours.
In fact, it's not a "tour" at all, but a stationary holiday location
in the camp of a family of nomads.
This is perfect for families with children, because it won't tire
them with eating endless stretches of road.
To make communication with the nomads easier, a multilingual contact
person will always be around. Food is also available, but you can
of course also cook yourself, if you so desire.
Your stationary yurt will serve as a basis for excursions to various
interesting places nearby. On other days, you can watch how the
nomads work with their animals, or even help a bit here and there.
Please ask us for your preferred time period!

Welcome to Mongolia!
We don't waste any time, but drive directly from the airport
to the countryside. In the hills of Khustain-Nuruu there's
a chance to unwind in pristine nature.
A project has been running for several years here to reestablish the
original wild horses (Takhi) again in Mongolia.
There are several places near the river where the beautiful and
normally very shy animals gather for drinking every morning and
evening. This offers a great opportunity to watch them and
take pictures.
